Pictures from Sprint : Picture Mail

  • I hate the Sprint/Nextel website. Bloody useless. I open my browser, go get tea, drink it, come back and still have to wait for the page to load. Useless… – post by telecommatt

SPRINT PCS –

WCCO.COM’s Voters’ Guide: Home

  • This is the slickest voter education site I’ve ever seen! You enter your address and it brings up a “ballot” with all the candidates that are running in your district. You can compare where they stand on specific issues and decide who gets your vote. Then you print or email your finished “ballot” along with your notes and actually voting takes all of 5 seconds. Sweet! – post by telecommatt

Rating the diet green teas – Lifehacker  Annotated(1)

  • This is another great LifeHacker post about tea! Well, it’s about bottled diet green teas actually, but the page has a great discussion thread. It’s so cool to see so many geeks who are into tea! The benefits of green tea have been “mainstream” for a long time now; I think green tea itself is finally finding it’s way into whatever the heck “mainstrean” is. – post by telecommatt
Studies, scientists, and everyday people increasingly tout green tea as a miracle drug. It burns calories. It fights HIV. It cuts the risk of certain diseases. It’s good for your teeth. And it enables invisibility and teleportation. Okay, I made that last one up; been watching too much Heroes, I guess.

The True Power of Water with Dr. Emoto  Annotated(1)

    • Went to this lecture when Dr. Emoto was in Minneapolis last Thursday. I think everyone in the audience heard something that they could connect with personally. His pictures are amazing! He even threw in some pictures of water crystals using Minneapolis images. And even though he spoke through a translator, he was very funny. I have to wonder though, if water is so incredibly powerful, how much more powerful is a cup of tea?? – post by telecommatt
Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr. Masaru Emoto will teach you how the ability of water can absorb, hold, and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. In this eye-opening evening, you’ll learn how water is deeply connected to people’s individual and collective consciousness. Since humans and the earth are composed mostly of water, Masaru Emoto’s message is one of personal health, global environmental renewal, and a practical plan for peace that starts with each one of us. The implications of this research create a new awareness of how we can positively impact the earth and our personal health.
