eMusic Goes Mobile (But Costs A Lot)

Posted by telecommatt on July 31, 2007

I got this in my email today. (since I’m an eMusic subscriber.) This is very cool. It could mean very good things. The fact eMusic = DRM-free says that this could mean very good things indeed. It’s to bad it’s so freaking expensive. Especially since doing eMusic through the web is not.

If you’re thinking about getting a new mobile phone, now’s
the perfect time. As of today, eMusic
and AT&T are offering “over the air” access to
eMusic’s catalogue of over 2.5 million tracks. Owners of select
AT&T mobile phones can now sign up for a monthly eMusic Mobile
subscription plan. Subscribers will also have access to free MP3
versions of all mobile downloads on the eMusic web site. Click the
button below to learn more about this exciting new service!
